	Specialist insurance for landlords and tenants to protect both their and your assets
	Advise on your obligations as a Landlord
	Arrange for statutory checks and appliance certification
Part Three: Provide a full management service through our nationwide personnel to maximise the return on your investment (Optional) The service includes:
	Market your property and vet prospective applicants
	Provide accompanied viewings for an early letting
	Complete all the application and reference processes
	Including :	credit reference checks employers and personal references landlord references (if applicable) provide rental guarantee for defaulting tenants in residence
	Prepare and execute the assured shorthold tenancy agreement
	Give the relevant notices to the service providers
	Schedule of condition of landlord fixtures & fittings
	Local PDP personnel ‘check in’ the tenant
	Local Tenant Liaison Manager is on hand to assist with any property maintenance issues
