Presentation of options on a one off or regular basis

Specialise in new development negotiations - ‘off plan’ and end of phase with attractive discounts
Local personnel facilitate the preparation of the property for occupancy

Part Two: Assisting with your Finance, Legal and Insurance requirements if required (Optional)

Provide you with ‘Buy to Let’ mortgage options
Specialist insurance for landlords and tenants to protect both their and your assets
Advise on your obligations as a Landlord
Arrange for statutory checks and appliance certification

Part Three: Provide a full management service through our nationwide personnel to maximise the return on your investment (Optional)

The service includes:

Market your property and vet prospective applicants
Provide accompanied viewings for an early letting
Complete all the application and reference processes

employers and personal references

landlord references (if applicable)

provide rental guarantee for defaulting tenants in residence

Prepare and execute the assured shorthold tenancy agreement
Give the relevant notices to the service providers
Schedule of condition of landlord fixtures & fittings
Local PDP personnel ‘check in’ the tenant
Local Tenant Liaison Manager is on hand to assist with any property maintenance issues
Collect the monthly rent and transmit the net rental direct to the Landlords designated bank account under advice
