Management Services Limited based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, in
the heart of England, was established by three directors in
1998, who between them have over 75 years experience of banking,
property and client management. Residential property and
services surrounding that asset owned by clients or customers,
is core to the company’s activities.
In
response to the 'Buy to Let' (BTL) market needs, we saw an
opportunity to develop a unique service to the growing group of
UK investors in this market, who in the majority see property as
a medium to long term investment.
We
specialise in new properties, and have developed key contacts
with most of the UK’s leading residential developers as well
as quality substantial builders at a county level. Properties
are offered to us at discounts, ahead of release to the public,
so they have some security of forward sales, and our clients
receive the benefits of cheaper prices and often a choice of some
of the best units.
